I have a user in another site who cannot access her mailbox
via OWA. She keeps getting the error message:
"OWA was unable to get to your inbox.
To try to logon again, click here.
For additional help on troubleshooting this problem, click here."
I tried logging into OWA as this user and received the same
error message. I logged into her mailbox on my computer with
no problem. I reset her NT password, but that didn't make
a difference. What else can I do??
