Outlook Web Access Time Out Settings

Does anyone have any idea about the time out settings for users of OWA? I am having some that are getting re-prompted for their password after 20 minutes and some take longer. They are never notified that their session has timed out - they are only prompted for a password when they select anything form OWA after being inactive for a while.

I have yet to determine how long they are actually getting before the session times out since it seems to vary by user.

The time-out kick in after a period of inactivity, not the duration of the usage. You can have OWA open all day, as long as you use it every now and then within the time-out limit. The time-out counter is reset once activity is detected.
The user will not receive an expired notice automatically as there is no script implemented to handle that.
