I am at a loss on what to do. we have an ActionTec GT701WG for Internet Access hooked up to a Sonicwall TZ170 on the LAN side. I have NAT enabled and have many one to one NAT's set up that work fine (smtp for email, citrix, etc.). When I try and set up OWA to our Exchange server, it works fine on the LAN, but when outside and come in through a web browser I get the "WebAdmin" screen to log in. This screen is an ActionTec screen for sure. I have NAT setup properly on the Sonicwall, but for some reason the ActionTec will not let me log in via http to our Exchange. It keeps prompting to log into the ActionTec device. I am using PPPoA on the ActionTec from Qwest, and I have tried Port Forward to public/Private Ip's but to no avail. Anyone out there have any ideas? The firewall portion on the ActionTec is set to Basic. Does the ActionTec automatically block port 80? Any suggestions?

So the ActonTec is on the LAN side? If so then you must have port 80 going to actontec or you might be using a one to one NAT somewhere.

If you are confident that the OWA rule is setup correctly then turn off the rule and check to see if you still connect to the ActonTec from the WAN.

What OS are you using.

What are the IP's of the Actontec and the Server running OWA?

Thanks for your reply Joepc. I have disabled Remote Management on the ActionTec which uses Port 80 and it seems to work fine. Now getting http_400 error when trying to Sync with a Windows Mobile 2003 device, but that's for another forum.

Thx again
