Outlook Web Access "Reply to" not showing recipient's email address

Hi everyone. I think I've found a bug but haven't found anyone else having the issue... yet...

While using OWA on an Exchange 2k3 system with IE7 as the browser, when we hit reply on an email, the name of the sender is now put in the To: field. The issue I have is, when we roll over that field or open it the email address field is actually blank. After some testing we found the emails to actually go through properly. The other issue we have is the OWA user isn't so confident the emails are working.

Is this a bug? Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Is there a fix?
