outlook web access - premium

Hi,

My outlook web access works fine, you go to the address:

http://servername/exchange

it pops up and asks for a username and password then takes you stright in

I don't get a option for premium or basic i just get basic

Do i have to pay extra? install something extra?

It is exchange 2003 enterprise

The only time you get the option is when you're using FBA, IIRC. Since you say you're getting a popup, you're not using FBA.

Also, we're making the assumption that you're using IE, since Premium likes IE 6+.
