Outlook Web Access Logout problem

I have Exchange 2000 Server, latest SP, everything working fine. I can login using OWA, send, receive, check opublic folder etc, everything...but. When I click logout I get an error "Server Application Error" and the text below reads"The server has encountered an error while loading an applicatio during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information."
Also if I try and use the change password button in the options page I get a "The page cannot be displayed" error on the browser window that pops up.
Any help greatly appreciated.
