outlook web access change listening port

I have a conflicting requirement for port 80 can I change the listening port?

I tried changing it to 81 in IIS but it didn't work.

any suggestions?

Don't use HTTP. Configure for forms based authentication and use HTTPS on port 443.

sounds like you have multiple sites, so you should be useing Host Headers.
