Outlook Web Access 2003 can see e-mail but won't open

When I log onto my outlook web access it tell done with an yellow triangle and an exclamation. you can see all the e-mails but when you click on them they wont open.

This happen when all my users and I try to login from home.

But if i log on through mozilla it works fine and also from all of my other clients servers.

any help would be appreciated.

What version of IE are they running on the home machines?
Have you tried running Windows Update on the machines for any recent sp's and hotfixes?

Also, since you are using HTTPS, a trusted root certificate will need to be installed on their computers to allow the secure log-in.
