According to some of my peers there is a voting process that allows people to vote on something in your email without responding to you email.

Is this possible?
If so how does it work?

P.S. I was trying to google this and not much infomation was comming up. If you have a website that you can direct me to please tell me that also!

Sounds like a neat feature but I know I've never heard of it (**Disclaimer, doesn't mean it doesn't exist) If it was in Outlook 2007 I would think it would be listed in here

Search help for Voting Buttons (not sure when they were introduced - I have Outlook 2003)
You do need to be using exchange and it does create a reply. It is however easy to track the responses, get them into excel etc..

If this isn't what you are looking for and you don't get any other responses here try Forum605.

Hi,
I don't have an Exchange Server yet I can use the voting buttons feature in Outlook. Create a new Mail message. Click on the Options icon on the toolbar. You can use the pre-installed voting choices, i.e., Yes;No;Maybe. Or you can create your own by typing them in the window, separating each choice with a semicolon.
Good luck. HTH,

Best,

Interesting, Outlook 2003 Help clearly says "This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account."
