Outlook - Visor

I probably know the answer but I will check anyway.

A new employee has a visor. We just have an internal lan that has no connection to the outside world via internet. He would like to sync his visor to Outlook even though there is no internet connection to use contacts, etc.

In order to sync to Outlook, there is a need for a profile in Outlook and since there is no email, there is no profile. Looking for a way to set up a dummy profile or a way around this. Any ideas?

I know this seems counter-productive.
