outlook viewing issues

hello everyone - i am having an issue where when new mails come in it doesn't automatically refresh my screen and i do not see it in my inbox. What i need to do is click around and then it will retrieve to my inbox. Sometimes i even need to click on different folders and directories for the client to retrieve the new mail. Does anyone know what causes this or how I can resolve this issue? thank you.

excellent it works - i don't have an ISA server that i know of though although the ISA server could be any secure microsoft server i guess..but it works..thank you
