Outlook VBA Problem using LAN

I've written an application in access which occasionally checks a particular e-mail for certain types of e-mail attachements which are then uploaded.

Fine when in stand alone, however teh application needs to run on a LAN. Although the application will have a dedicated e-mail address, how can I tell the application to look for that inbox, rather than the default users inbox.
