I know in outlook 97/2k one can "File/Save As.." and save en e-mail as a .msg file (Best because it keeps the attachments) but I have a guy who wants to store e-mails that he's been saving for about a year on our server. To do this by hand could take a good year saving each one individually because there's about 500 or 600.

Is there a product or utility that will extract individual and/or all e-mails from an Outlook .pst file to the .msg format?

Thanks much

-cm
There are a number of ways to do this. The easiest way I think, is in yuor profile add personal folders, create a new pst file. Then in outlook view folderlist. Just drag and drop messages between the two folders.

SRG,

That will save them in a .pst file. Albion is looking for a way to get them out of a .pst file.

Albion also bosted this question in the Office forum. I posted a reply that he said worked. Anyone reading this check it out. :)
Jeff
masterracker@hotmail.com

If everything seems to be going well: you don't have enough information.......
