Outlook using MS exchange

The problem i am having is this, when salesmen are out of the office and NOT connected to the server (which in some cases, they are on road more than in office) the salesmen would like to have their outlook configured to pull email from the internet. i have tried the help file in outlook and was not successful. Anyone have any ideas?

If you would be set up so that they could log on to your site via Internet they could see their mail in a somewhat normal manner.

think you need to look at some vpn maybe- we have a netgear fvl328 here- its a vpn router and firewall. there are cheaper versions of this available deending on how many people are accessing it. Anyhow, the users have some netgear client software on their pcs, they go on the net- turn this client software on, and their pc is on the network. So they can read emails off the server as tho they are in the office.
