Hey Everyone,

I'm having an odd issue here. I have two users that logon to a machine that use outlook 2003. One user's Outlook works fine... when the other logs in under his name, Outlook eats almost all of the memory... 512 MBs and runs the pagefile up to 1.7 GBs. I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling and checking for errors but have come up with nothing.. Any ideas?

Thanks to All

You could try using Search to find a file called outcmd.dat
Close Outlook down, rename that file and then restart Outlook.

You might have to set Windows to show you hidden files in order to be able to find it though:-

Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab:-
Hit the radio button for 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'

Might also need to set Windows Find to search hidden files and folders by using the Advanced options on the Find Window.

Regards
Ken............
