We are using Exchange Server 2003 and I have a user that is unable to see her previously read emails in her Inbox when connecting through OWA. I sent a test message to her and saw it hit the Inbox through OWA and also her local Outlook, but when I double click on the message through OWA and read it, it disappears from the Inbox of OWA after I switch to another folder(But not her local outlook Inbox). Weird. Any suggestions?

Go to the Options and then View and make sure she's not got it set to view new mail only.

There are no more PDC's! There are DC's with FSMO roles!

I don't see that option under OWA OPTIONS. I only see it under her Outlook. How will that affect what she sees when connecting through Web Access? all comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry..it's right on the Inbox menu at the top, View - Messages, not View - Unread Messages.

Sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees because you were looking the wrong way...
