We send html pages out to our outside sales reps in e-mail. One particular guy has had a new problem in the last couple of days. When he opens the mail message and selects the attachment, he gets a warning message explaining that this type of file can be harmful (same as always) and then selects that he wants to open the file - he gets an error message that the 'file cannot be found'
I had him try saving the file to disk - and then exiting Outlook and opening the file ... this works OK (although he did need to tell the system what to open the html file with even though he's been getting these and opening them OK right along.) After his system successfully opened the file with IE, he went back to Outlook and tried to open the file again ... same error.
