Does anyone know how to stop emails when sent showing the multiple to emails, i.e. if i sent to two or three people it shows the three in the email to: field when it is viewed.

i want to show no to: info, i will be sending a newsletter to a lot of people and dont want a long to: email list showing, and i dont suppose people would like there email address being shown to others either

You need to put the addresses into the BCC field. Open a new blank email: if you cannot see the BCC field, click on the Options Menu and click on BCC: the BCC field will pop up just below the CC field. Recipients will not see and address other than their own.

If you are going to send out to a group of the same people more than just the once, you should use the Address book to create a Distribution LIst. Then enter the Distribution List into the BCC field.
