Don't ask, and I won't either. A user wants to print all messages that are sent from her Outlook, automatically.

Is there a way to do this? I was trying to set a rule, but don't see how.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, but I am looking for a solution that we can create in house. Not really looking to pay $25 to customize 1 person's email in a firm of about 250 people. hehehe. I appreciate the suggestion though. It does lead us to believe that our answer to this user will be, print them manually. (It's not that hard)

Will not work.
And as for asking, is that person really that lazy? (Don't anwer that, I know the answer ;-))

Nice going for the 'paperless' Office ...

This person actually takes care of an email for a higher up. We might consider that person lazy in a sense. The higher ups do not know their email. Their assistants do all of it, and print it out for them.

The printing sent messages is actually for a paper trail for a certain project or something. The frustrating thing, is that the sent messages can be specified to a specific folder, and those can all be printed at once, once every day.

Why that is not good enough is beyond me.

Tell them: sorry .. no deal.. and you would be right.
That, or spend the 25$ as above.
