Heres a good one for you.
Client of ours in Sydney running Outlook 2003 on the citrix servers (which are here in Brisbane) with the default timezone of +GMT10 Brisbane
User from Sydney running outlook locally with all time zones set correctly (GMT +10 Sydney and Daylight savings ticked) sends meeting request to Citrix Sydney user, and of course the meeting request turns up 1 hour early (syd to bne time)
Problem is if the Sydney user changes their time zone in outlook it wants to change the time zone for the “server” not on a per user basis, naturally this also isnt allowed due to group policy settings. "Access denied!"
Anyone ever come across this and ever gotten around it?
