Outlook Thick Client for Modular Messaging 4

Hi

I was told by Avaya Technical Support I would be able use the Outlook Thick Client to view the number of messages in a subscriber box. When I try the link provided off of the Avaya support site on every attempt it has times out.
Is there another link or method I can use to get a copy of the Outlook Thick Client for Avaya Modular messaging 4, (MM_4.0_OTC_7.2.1063.9001.ZIP)? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think the download without the Avaya download manager does not work. Try it with the Avaya download manager option.

The downloads seem to be very iffy lately but i have found that if i us IE it seems to work most of the time. If i use Firefox it fails almost all of the time now.
