When attempted to archive items from a Public Folder to a .pst file, I am receiving the message "The selected folder cannot be archived". Outlook does not archive the items. We have items in this folder from Oct 1, 2004 to May 18, 2005.
When trying to archive, I set the field to all items before Nov 1st. This did not work. I then tried items before Oct 2, thinking maybe there was a corrupt item. No. This did not work either.
Any ideas?
