Outlook templates??

I cant get my head around this!!

I have created an HTML email template
It contains a form that the recipient can fill in and it automatically gets sent back to the sender.

My problem is at the moment I ham having to open the the HTML template in Explorer, select all, copy and then paste it into the message.

Is there a way I can set up a template to appear actually in outlook

I am not certain this will work for you but just a suggestion.

Is it possible that once you have the email created with the html template inserted click on TOOLS - FORM - PUBLISH FORM and saving it to your PERSONAL FORMS LIBRARY so you can call it up when needed? joegz
