Outlook Template

Can any one help me with this. Its simple if you know how.

Our company has decided that we now have to put a protective header on to all of our emails. They want this at the top of every email however, i am unable to locate the template for outlook to set this up.

Apart from the signature, is there a way we can add this information to the emails before hand.

Although I have not actually used Exclaimer Mail Utilities as an application, you might check it out. Others in threads on Tek-Tips recommend it.

Assuming you use sig files, you could add it to them allowing space between the disclaimer and the signature itself.

I even use sig files for canned messages regarding recurring meetings.
