Outlook Tasks Sync

Hello,

We have 15 Blackberries in use at the moment in use with BES.

We sync wireless and email/contacts and calenders all sync fine. However - I can't get the Outlook tasks to sync. The device (Curve) settings are set to sync, and the BES settings are also set to sync tasks wirelessly - but nothing seems to happen.

Is there something I am missing here...?

Set the tasks to sync using Outlook as this ought to cure it (sounds daft I know) - depending which version of BES you are using.

Tasks should sync wirelessly if you have at least BES verison 4.0 and the Curve will definitely have recent software version. Try a test from Outlook and one from device. Do both fail to sync? Or just one? Take a look in the BES logs for that user and see if there are any MAPI or Sync errors.

Hi everyone

Before I read your ideas I wiped the device and redid the enterprise auth. I still have the same problem now - but i don't have a wireless sync option under the Tasks app (I did before).

So i guess I am a little further away from solving this than before!!

Any ideas?
