Re: Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002:
I'm a first-time user of Outlook's Tasks feature. I need to create Tasks, assign them out and be able to view all the correspondence for a particular task.
I've created Tasks and sent them to the assigned user. The user Accepts the Task and is prompted to add a Comment at that time. However, after that I can't edit the Comments anymore. The user can send a Status report or Reply to the task but it's an e-mail message that isn't "attached" to the task.
Any ideas why I can't edit the Comments and/or am I supposed to "attach" the e-mail (Status report, etc.) to the task somehow?
Thanks,
Bill
