Got a user running an IP500 V9 software, all on site users are CITRIX users and the client wants to run/test outlook TAPI integration dialling. Custer has loaded the TAPI driver on the server and I have advised to set to 3rd party mode. User has a CTI link pro license, has anyone got this working in a Citrix environment, user has yet to test in 3rd party mode but was wondering if anyone had experience of this?

Thanks

I've used TAPI in 3rd party mode on Citrix long time ago, not with Outlook but with other applications.

Honestly TAPI integration with Outlook on Citrix isn't such a good idea, the users can choose any extension they wanna control.
There are better applications to choose from if they wanna dial their Outlook contacts.
