One of my users started randomly punching keys on their keyboard and now when the go to type a new message everytime they hit the tab key tochange fields from TO to Subject it just moves forward a tab space instead of changing fields. Anyone know how to fix this or change it back?

What version of Outlook?
Does this happen in other types of forms such as IE or Access?
You might want to try to uninstall Office, delete the registry entry that holds Office user-specific settings, and reinstall.
I can't tell you the reg key until I know which version of office you have.
