OUTLOOK ;Suggest names when completing To, cc and bcc fields

When entering a To field , CC field or BCC in Outlook, the program will auto suggest if this box is ticket in preferences. How do I remove unwanted or incorrect contacts from the auto suggested list? What is the source data?

Or to delete individual entries, just hold the mouse over (or use keyboard arrow keys) the entry so that it's highlighted- then press the delete key.
