Outlook strange printing

My client is running Win 98 & outlook 2000 When he prints an email message it appears in the center of the page (very large margins on either side) It also appears in green ink ( a red or shoudl I say green herring I think)

The green ink may be due to a block jet, but does anyone have any idea about the margin thing?

Have you set, or changed, the page margins or page style definitions at the File | Print menu option? You may want to look there to see if the pages is set correctly.
