Outlook Spell Checker

Hello,
When I use Outlook XP it sets the language to "English US" when composing and replying to messages.
I need this to be in "English UK".
I use Word for my e-mail editor, but the settings for the normal template are "English UK".
Within Outlook (Tools, Options, Spelling) the language is set to "English UK".
Can anyone help? Does Word use a template for the e-mail messages that I can edit myself?

Check in Control Panel, Regional and language options... there's about 4 places to change the settings.

Then, re-install outlook.
