Outlook Spell Checker problems (US to UK)

Hi.

In Outlook (2000) our dictonarys are set to 'UK English - but when you reply to mail that has been sent to you in 'US English' it automatically takes on that default - is there any way to change that so that it stays as 'UK English'?

Is this a known problem, or can anyone advise on how to stop it doing this?
