I want to implement a simple task in outlook but I've never coded in VB so hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction.
I regular receive alerts from a monitoring software with subject lines like this:
"Alert 001. Event1 here. Case: Open"
This alert "opens the case" but 99% of the times I soon receive another alert after that closes the case(meaning that the problem has been resolved). The subject line of the 2nd email that is closing the case is almost exactly the same, except that instead of "Case: Open" there is "Case: Closed"
So basically, what I would like to do is move the emails that have been closed to another folder, leaving behind the email alerts that are not "closed" yet.
If anyone knows how to do that, I'd be grateful for some help.
