Outlook Signatures are not consistent

Hi guys.

We're running Outlook 2003.

But my automatic signature that i created is not consistent, by that i mean i attached the same signature to both NEW messages and Forward/Reply's.

However the font sizes, and formatting are different on the forward/reply than the new messages.

Any clues as to why this might be happening?

It's just a little annoyance, but i would like to fix it if possible.

What does Tools> options> mail format> fonts say?
