Outlook: show only email addresses in autocomplete

A client of ours wants Outlook to only show email addresses in the autocomplete feature when sending email. He does not want it to expand to the name. Anyone know if this is possible and where to find it? I've been searching google for awhile now with no luck.

I already tried disabling "Automatic name checking" in Tools->Options->Email Options->Advanced Email Options
