Outlook shortcuts disapearing on Terminal Server

We are running thin client TS with Office 2003 installed on Win 2003 Enterprise edition.

Occasionally all our Outlook shortcuts disappear from both the desktop and from Start - Programs - MS office

All the other Office aps are unaffected by this and i have to go into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11 and drag outlook.exe over to all users desktops to get outlook back.

This works fine for a while until the shortcuts disappear again, why on earth could this be???

Could be some user is deleting the icon, I have had similar issues.
