Hi All,
A tricky question! In the MS-Outlook, keeping INBOX selected on the left-pane, 'right-clicking' on any mail, a shortcut menu pops-up. You would see an option that allows you to "Move to folder".
While selecting the same mail, if you go to "Edit" Menu on the Menu-bar, you also have an option that says "Copy to folder".
Can I get this option in my "Short-cut" menu?? If so, how??
Thanx.
Ash

On the same line where you see all those shortcuts for NEW, PRINT, REPLY, REPLY to ALL. Do you see a icon wiht a paper and a folder and an arrow??? That's the one for MOVE TO FOLEDER. If you don't see that, at the end of the row where REPLY, REPLY to ALL, click the double arrow >> and select ADD + REMOVE BUTTONS, there's an option for MOVE TO FOLDER.
