Outlook Sharing

I'm trying to share my tasks with just one user on the network. My tasks are in my Exchange mailbox and I want another user and only this user to be able to view them.

How do I need to set it up so that I can do this?

In your Folder list, right-click on the Tasks folder and choose Properties. Click the Permissions tab and add the user with the permissinos you want to give them.

I've done that.. So how would she access it from her Outlook??

File>Open>Other User's Folder. Type in the name and choose Tasks from the Drop down box.
