outlook sharing continued(98) 1

Hi,

I have outlook 98 and want to use net folders to share contacts. I can't seem to get it to work correctly. The receiver accepts the subscription, and a folder is created on their machine, but it is empty and they never receive the list of contacts or any updates. Any ideas, I've been on Microsofts Web site and have tried all their trouble shooting, but nothing seems to work. I have everything set up internetmail and do not have exchange server.
