Hi,
We are a small office with a 2003 server and a 3rd party email server laoded onto the server. A few of our people use Outlook 2007 for contacts and calendar.

Now 2 (or maybe 3) of them want to share their calendar and contacts, especially the contact info where they make lots of notes on appointments etc.

The salesman wants to go out on the road with his laptop, make changes to his outlook "offline", then come into the office and synchronise with the other copy/ies. His secretary may have made some appointments so these need to be synchronised at the same time. It may also be that his manager wants to see all the calendar and contact info too. I envisage a Master copy kept on the server that can be accessed by any user on the network, and a 3rd party program handling the synchronising. Does anyone know of a package that will do this? I am quite happy to pay for something that makes this smooth and doesn't involve installing Exchange!

thanks
Rob

Have you thought of Google sync? It sync's contacts and calendars.

Thanks for the tip - but it looks like google sync for PC only synchronises calendar, not contacts...
