Hi,
We are publishing MS Outlook 2000 with PS 4.0 on a Windows 2000 Server.
Our ICA clients are 9.0 or 10.0 running on Windows XP Sp1.
When the user exit from outlook (File\Exit and Logoff) the ICA Client window closes. It is cleared from the Program Neighborhood Connection Center. But the Connection to the server is still displayed as active and when looking at the PS console, the user's session for MS outlook is still there and active. It never ends until a manual logoff.
If the user logoff the server's session from the Program Neighborhood Connection Center the MS outlook session is stopped on the server.
Any other application will normaly logoff and close its server's session.
Anyone has a suggestion to correct this?
Thanks for your help.
Alain
