Hi Everyone
We have a few mailboxes which have a server rule created through Outlook which basically does the following:
"Apply this rule after message arrives ...have server reply using specific message"
This works 100%. The users however want this rule only to work for people who are external senders i.e not on our exchange infrastructure.
I have tried creating the rule in this way:
"Apply this rule after message arrives ...have server reply using specific message........except if addressed to *@localdomain1.co.za,*@localdomain2 etc"
The rule still replies to messages sent from internal peopele
Does anyone have any ideas how we could achieve this? It needs to be a server rule i.e run when outlook is closed.
Thanks for your help
Regards
Brendon
