Hi there:

we have a windows server 2003 computer acting as domain server with exchange server 2003 installed, all the user's emails are ok except one user, when he login to his workstation, he only can receive email but not sending, but he can log on to another computer to recieve and send emails without problem, on both computers, exchange web access 's working fine, Does someone encounter the same situation, any ideas?

In this case, clearly the problem is at the workstation level, not Exchange.

I agree with Marc... Delete user profile on bad workstation and start fresh.
