Outlook sending challenge

What i want to do is in default all thee guys on our support desk to send all outlook email from support@example.com but still have the opportunity to send from their personal address if needed. At present every user has their own mailbox and support is a distribution list. we are using Office 2010 and SBS2008. any guidance would be appreciated.

You just need them to have access to the support@example.com mailbox, and then set that as each user's default sending email address. At least, that's what it should be unless I'm missing something.
