This is a follow up to thread68-1559614 which I posted in the Office forum.
We'd like to archive off old messages from PST's to a separate archive.pst. Unfortunately however, the archive settings in Outlook are based on the modified date of the e-mail rather than the received date :-(
I can use a rule to move them, but because users have lots of folders and subfolders, I'd have to change the rule for each folder in order to have the same folder structure in the archive PST.
Is there any way that I can use VBA to create a script which would archive the messages for me based on received date rather than modified date ... AND ... keep the e-mails in the same folder structure in the archive.pst file ?!
I've done a quick search on here but can't find anything so far. Thanks in advance for any help
