Outlook Screen Pop

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might find info about getting Outlook to screen pop correctly? I can't seem to find much info. Also, is Outlook 2007 supported? I keep getting an error message saying "Outlook cannot be configured" when I open the pref's of PMPro..

scren popping depends on the number format,

outlook uses canonical format.. e.g

+44 (870) 65555 56666 0 dropped from 0870 example

real pain in the ass!

if you have the pro license then popping goldmine and others is much better

2007 gives problems, i got the same msg as that

IdentaPop Pro (Outlook TAPI screen pop program) may give you the formatting options you need to get a match in your contacts but it can only handle one pre defined format.
