Moved a user from a Windows wkstn pc to windows xp pc. Configured Microsoft Outlook for user. Users appointments and schedule dates lost an our each.I have looked at the time zone and everything is OK. Why?

Has nothing to do with summer settings. i have checked the settings and it was OK
