Hey guys,
Can anybody give me some advise on this:
I have a user that has tons of e-mail, she doesnt want to get rid of not even one. I created several .pst folders but that is becoming a big mess. What is the best approach to this problem?

I would ask her to seperate the high priority emails from the others and keep them on hand. The other non priorty emails should be either deleted or burned to a CD via the (Import and Export Wizard) as they are taking up large amounts of space, plus it makes it more organized. thats how I would approach that.

Computers are like bikinis. They save people a lot of guesswork.
