Outlook rules to move messages from MAPI to exchange inbox

Callpilot desktop mapi is set up on an Outlook mail profile. The client wants the voicemails coming in on there to then move to their exchange inbox. I can set up a rule but it only works when the rule is manually run. The rule is not triggered when the message comes in.

What can be done to fix that?
