Just started to use Outlook after having used Outlook Express for years and there are a couple of things that don't seem to be working correctly and suffering poor design. Have set up rules to capture certain emails whereby certain keywords in the "From" line would be looked for but I now find that this is only working for some emails and not for others even though both have the same keyword, I subsequently went back to OE and did the same operation and it worked fine. Anyone have any idea what this might be, its totally stumped me?

When viewing the description of a rule in the Rule wizard the rule if a long one does not wrap to the window which it did in express allowing you to more easily make out each section of the rule and what it applied to, does anyone know if this can be changed?

Another badly designed feature is the fact that when one wants to run a rule they have to select apply now which opens up another window and one has to select which rules to run individually, there is no "select all" feature, how bad is that? and then it dosen't even work!!

From what I can see so far outlook is a pile of crap with tons of features.

Thanks for any help
Fergus
